Come learn the basics of mechanical advantages, and importance of proper protective equipment during rescue situations in this informative session. This class will serve as a review for some, and a great forum for discussion. New paddlers welcome. |

Throw Bag/Mechanical Advantage Workshop
Meet at eNRG Kayaking Booth
Join eNRG Kayaking & Rafting lead guides for a throw bag toss challenge, and discussions on mechanical advantage systems that can be used with a throw bag. We will talk river safety, carabiners, pulleys, and how to best use these tools to gain mechanical advantage. This is a dryland exhibition. Bring your throw bag if you have one, and dust off any rescue gear stashed in your gearbag to re-familiarize or familiarize with some important rescue tools.
