You can become a Vendor or Sponsor of the Festival by filling out the form below. It will guide you on each step needed to complete the process. You can save the form and continue or even send the partially filled out from to a colleague to finish completion. Sponsor Levels
- Any donation $100 and up will receive a free UCWWF T-Shirt.
- Any donation over $250 will receive a free T-shirt and Facebook social media post, your logo and link on our website, name on T-shirt, and real time announcement by announcer during the event.
- Any donation over $500 will receive a free T-shirt and Facebook social media post, Instagram post, your logo and link on our website, name on T-shirt, and real time announcement by announcer during the event.
- Any donation over $1000 will receive a free T-shirt and Facebook social media post, Instagram post, your logo and link on our website, logo on event poster, name on T-shirt, and real time announcement by announcer during the event.
- Any donation over $2000 will become the Title Sponsor and will receive a free T-shirt, Facebook social media post, Instagram post, your logo and link on our website, logo on event poster, name on T-shirt, and real time announcement by announcer during the event.
